About

My beautiful family.

My beautiful family.

I am a mother of 4.  I love my children, I love my husband, I love God, and I love my country.  I think that makes me a good and patriotic person.  According to recent reports though, it may make me likely to be a domestic terrorist.  I never thought that driving a minivan, raising children, and standing up for the rights of those with no voice-like would be aborted babies-would place me in that category.  I think someone’s got their priorities screwed up, and I’m betting it is not me.

  1. I just found your post on Smart Girl Politics…thanks for those words…thank God for men and women around America who are finally standing shoulder to shoulder joining together against the over powering federal government.

I currently live in North Carolina…recently in the news for students rioting at the University of North Carolina…which was ok with the MSM because these students represented the Left mindset. This area of the country is leaning so far left it is hard to stay balanced.

Originally I am from Arkansas…my heritage is Texas and I have lived in Oklahoma…in other words I am thankful for the middle of America where values still count and we still understand that the federal government should have limited powers.

Keep up your good work…it is so encouraging to find concerned citizens who are not afraid of standing up for their values.

God bless you and your family

    • Thank you for your kind words. We may be a little late to the party, but there is no time like the present to make our voices heard. Never again can we assume that someone else’s voice will speak for ours. Those of us who are able-bodied have, not only a right, but a civic duty to ensure that our nation is governed in a righteous manner. Together, and with God, we can move mountains.

      • I am curious if people in your area are planning to continue with this movement or will this just die as so many conservative attempts. I don’t know what will happen in this part of the country. I pray America wakes up before it is too late.

We the people will never be listened to are given attention until our movement grows and becomes one voice united against big government.

  2. We actually had a sign in sheet with addresses, phone, and emails given from all of those who wish to be contacted or help out in the future. I also asked on the form whether or not this was the first rally the participant had attended, just for my own knowledge. Of the 1,000 + that we had in attendance, at first glance of those forms, I would say a good 95% of them were first time attenders. This movement has motivated and mobilized MANY who have never been involved before. I do believe that it will continue. I don’t know if there will be more tea parties, or if it will take other forms. I plan to research each piece of legislation that comes through our area and make it known to everyone on our list here. So many of us haven’t been involved, and then laws are passed, and we’re outraged after the fact. We just have to get out there in the forefront so that we are able to make intelligent decisions and make a difference BEFORE the fact.

I’ve heard/read that something along the lines of a “million march on Washington” is in the works, and I definitely plan to attend with my husband if/when that comes to fruition.

  3. Hi!

I did a search for conservative mommies, and I am so glad I came upon your site. I am also a conservative mommy. I have a 9 month old son after having 5 miscarriages. He is our miracle baby!

I am pro-life for the mere reason that I believe every single person has the right to live, regardless of stage of development, size, circumstances, background, etc. No one can ever change my mind otherwise and I will live every day of my life fighting for those who have no voice.

It is refreshing to read your posts. I agree with them 100%!

    Thanks for the great reading.

    Love,
    Em

    • Thank you Em! I am so sorry about your past losses. I have had 2 myself, and have felt your pain. I am glad to have you as a reader. And congratulations on your miracle baby!
